So as far as 1st impressions and renting a new storage, the process was quick and easy. She was very helpful and thoroughly explained the rental process. The storage area was clean and most of all it's climate controlled which I was looking for due to a prior storage unit having moisture, wet, & mildew problem. The price for the unit was also competitive with other storages. I recommend if you want a clean, safe unit for your storage needs.
