Staff was fantastic. The doctor I had was compassionate, actually took time to speak with me not only about my benzodiazepines withdrawal but my health as well. God Bless these people. They are from God.

Extremely heartless staff, specifically the receptionist that answers the incoming phone calls. Discrimination was made over the phone when no physical assessment was completed. Pass the word around to everyone you know that there is discrimination for substance abuse services if the patient is "geriatric" because they will be labeled as "feeble" regardless if the patient is fully functioning and ambulatory.
I was trying to get help from the front desk over the phone, she hung up on me because she didn’t want to help me get information. I’m frustrated
