Laurel plumbing is the best. I have had them at my house a few times for multiple reasons and they always show up fast, they’re friendly, do a great job and, leave the area cleaner than they found it. They know how inconvenient plumbing issues can be, and they always have responded with speed and care. Kevin, Joe, and Bernie are the best in the business!
We've had badly unbalanced heat from hot water baseboard radiators on our upper floor for years, and had both Heidler and Staton teams look at it for remedy. Staton's main suggestions involved moving the thermostat or try rebalancing by cutting out some of the aluminum radiator fins along the pipe in the warmest room, which I spent a few hours doing this winter. Let me start with the fact that I changed my plumbing appointment with Bernie so many times that I was sure he would stop accommodating me but he rolled with my situation. Bernie and his team are absolutely fantastic and the job was flawless. Laurel Plumbing will be the only company I use from now on.
Quoted a 5000+ estimate for a job that’s 785.00 total. I did call back and pay for them coming out. In this day and time with the world in such a bad place to think that a company would try to get over on older people is extremely sad.
