LPH was 5 Stars for years, then CS went downhill for a while. Now that Dr. Ebling is the chief Veterinarian it is once again a 5 STAR Veterinary Hospital. Even the front desk staff CS is 5⭐️!
Was a customer for many years, but the quality of care has deteriorated to the point of it being unusable. About a year ago, it took almost a week to get a prescription for a flea medication as they couldn’t or were unwilling to send it to my preferred pharmacy after a wellness appointment. Eventually I had to drive across town to get a physical prescription. Fast forward a year trying to get a refill on the prescription as my dog has developed a severe itch. I went here and they took very good care of my cat until his passing. I had him euthanized here yesterday because he was suffering from aggressive cancer in his mouth. They are very compassionate here and really care about animals. I will be adopting a pet from here as well. I will not go to any other pet hospital except for this one.
