They have messed up my billing over and over agian. They overcharged me 1500.00 that I paid. Then when I needed to be seen for my annual review all of the sudden I owed even more money. No letters no bills nothing. When I wrote to Better Business they turned me to collections on a balance that was over 2 years old of 450.00.
