Overpriced and understaffed facility. They’ve hired 145 staff members just this year. The turnover rate says a lot about the company. It’s nothing but chaos behind closed doors.

My dad is doing well there! The staff are nice and the facilities and room are clean and neat. We are very happy he's there. Not perfect but it's challenging to find good staff that are reliable. Pleased so far!

Poor Treatment of Staff and Lack of Accountability at Laurel Oaks I don’t typically write reviews, but I believe it’s important for both potential employees and families considering this facility to know what really happens behind the scenes. Despite being open for nearly three years, this company still fails to provide basic benefits to its staff. The repeated excuse is that they must be “full in census” before offering them. Management do not know how to run this business. They promise a lot of things to staff and clients that they do not keep no benefits are given and no overtime full-time is less than 60 hours biweekly rather than short staff they give you full-time hours which is 80 biweekly or overtime management says that they’ll help you out when it’s time to actually help they’ll throw their hands back and ignore the staff who needs the help.
