Do not live here!! Apartments have mold in them that are covered up by Sheetrock. Daughter went down and complained about the mold seeping through the walls and was told to wipe it off and they will be fine. Also, there are no sprinkler systems in any of the apartments. When u have college kids living in apartments, sprinkler systems should be mandatory. Also 24 hrs before she was to move out she was told that she owed a $500 sublet fee because she sublet the apartment. They never said anything about it during the final walk... read more
Terrible place to live and would consider anywhere else in Cullowhee before living here. They have a mold problem and told us to just wipe it off the wall and it would be okay.
I've got a riddle for ya, the dumpsters are full and you have trash in your apartment. You can't leave the trash by the dumpster and you can't have it in your apartment, both with result in a fine so what do you do? Balcony? Also a fine. Outside your apartment door? Also a fine. Do you like getting stung by yellow jackets everytime you walk outside, do you love having your personal space barged in on with only an hour notice and do you love having to wait weeks for maintenance to do a very simple task.
