I've contacted them for the last 4 days to speak with the tech and I've called 4 times today alone and they say ur message is on his desk but he's helping a customer now so needless to say if the hot tub needs replaced I'll be telling my client to purchase it else where.

Horrible. We bought a$10,000HotTub from here and found out that it sat and was USEDfor who knows how long on one of the owners home decks. AfterA couple service calls from this business due to a water leakage and spending a couple thousand dollars total, 2 x on continued leaking , I totally drained the spa and there it sits. UNUSED I am so disappointed

Buyer beware ordering Laurel Mountain Products ,some of there freight is damaged and is in crates and you only can see the damage when you bring it home and take it out of the Crate , then the Technical support is extremely Poor ,they look for ways to get out of any repairs. Also There fiberglass tubs and showers side Tabs crack and split and shatter just during installation ,after 25 years and dealing with hundreds of there products , and experiencing there Tech support.....Beware and buy Delta or American Standard special ... read more
