If you Google ResMed Airsense 11, you will find retail prices ranging from $500-$1100. I just found out that I am going to be charged a rental fee of $167 a month for 10 months which means I will end up paying almost $1700 for this machine. I have carefully reviewed my contract and nowhere have I agreed to this arrangement. What a scam. I don’t know know if I can get out of it or not. If not I will certainly not be doing business with this company again, nor will anybody else I know.
They cleared up a billing problem that was Humanas fault. I spent a bunch of time on this issue and a billing person finally fixed it. Thanks
Why bother complaining here. Nothing will be done. The same service every time is terrible. So they said they tried calling me this morning & I was here my phone never rang and there is no voice mail message either. They will never go out of their way to help out. When I lived in Lost Creek Cheryl would deliver them to me. I've moved since last November and there is no way that I can pick up these tanks and get them upto the 11th floor. I would NOT recommend this company for your sleep Apena supplies. When their was a recall on the cpap machine that my husband and sister were using they did not care enough to notify them of this recall, but instead put the blame on someone else when their the ones supplying the machine. And when they found out their was a recall they should of done their job and notified the people they were supplying the machine to.
