If I could give zero stars I would. I went for diabetic shoes for my left foot. I was met with why am I coming there for shoes if I use the hanger clinic for my prosthetic on my right leg and I replied with I would have to travel out further for shoes so I figured would try closer to home. They were more worried about trying to have me come to them for my prosthetic. The guy was very unsure about how he was to do my left shoe. The Johnstown store is horrible to deal with. Especially the 2 woman at the front desk. They tell you one thing and when you go back to them to check on your brace they tell you something different and I'm still waiting for the brace. I had my insurance company call them on a 3 way call and she was told something different. Insurance company said to go to another medical place. They weren't being honest on what was said on day one.
Laurel medical is the worst play to go for anything! They got my diabetic shoes which I returned to them because the back broke down and were not wearable. They took them back and 9 months later i said where are my shoes? Patty said oh my bad I was supposed to call you, but she later lied to me and said I never said that.i picked them up only to find out they had never been sent back to be repaired or replaced, they were brand new! So they took them back again and thats the last I heard. So because they screwed around so lon... read more
