Laurel medical is the worst play to go for anything! They got my diabetic shoes which I returned to them because the back broke down and were not wearable. They took them back and 9 months later i said where are my shoes? Patty said oh my bad I was supposed to call you, but she later lied to me and said I never said that.i picked them up only to find out they had never been sent back to be repaired or replaced, they were brand new! If I could zero stars I would, actually I’d give it a one for the receptionist. Absolutely horrible. Waited 5 months for a brace that’s not even done correctly, it doesn’t have another strap to hold the brace on her foot. Didn’t even stand my daughter up in her brace at the appointment to see how she could walk in it which is what the brace is for in the first place. HORRIBLE!! If someone refers you here, refuse and go elsewhere!!
Definitely go elsewhere for your DME. Not sure if the staff is really that incompetent, or just lazy. They have not been able to get one thing right from the get go. My step-daughter is stuck in out-grown equipment now due to their inability to follow directions. It seems like they have never dealt with insurance companies before, it's really unbelievable.
