Receptionist is extremely rude and impatient, literally yelled at us when we called
The lab is clean and the staff is respectful. The nurse who takes the blood sample is very professional. The veins in my hand are very thin and drawing blood is always a problem, but I had no problems here. The test costs $250.
The phlebotomist was great! I often have issues but it was totally painless and quick.
I mixed up my appointment day today, but the staff and Dr. To were incredibly kind. They worked their magic and still made it possible for me to complete my exam. I truly appreciate their help.
They are really helpful and friendly!
