Everyone was amazing at Laurel Lakes! Especially Nurse Erika and Dr. Wilson! They are pros! They made my 2 year old feel so comfortable and excited about getting her teeth clean. The office and rooms are beautiful! We loved the aquarium decor! Very professional, elegant, and clean! Great toys in the lobby for kids as well. Thanks we will be back!
The office staff was very nice however I had a few concerns. First it took multiple attempts to reach someone at the office just to make an appointment. My online request was also left unanswered. Although the tv’s on the ceiling are great for children they look like they are still moving in and setting up but have been there a year. The dentist herself did the “cleaning” but it took a max 1-2 mins so I wouldn’t say my son had his 6 month cleaning done. I was very impressed with this practice! From the front desk to the back office staff, all I can say is WOW!!! This was the third pediatric practice that I've taken my extremely sensitive son to, therefore my hopes weren't high. Dr. Wilson gave the type of care you would expect from a pediatric dentist! Dr. Wilson was very patient and understanding! My son now feels differently about going to the dentist. Dr Wilson has a great touch with children especially those with special needs. I will recommend her to any one looking for a pediatric dentist. The staff is awesome too
This practice is amazing! Everyone is so friendly. They are pros at getting squirmy toddlers to relax and enjoy the experience. The office is new and vibrant and they really thought of everything to keep kids comfortable and engaged in the process. Highly recommend!
