Polite and professional. Showed up on time. Finished the job on time and at a very reasonable price.
Ron at Laurel Lake Electric is really great. He returned my text promptly with a call and was able to come out quickly for service. He diagnosed the issue which turned out to be a faulty piece of equipment which he gave me pointers on how to purchase and replace myself for a cost savings. Because he had a little time to spare he also took on an issue I was having with electrical wiring in kitchen. I will definitely call Ron should I need help in the future.

We had a sizzling, buzzing breaker. Ron came out quickly, assessed & fixed the issue, and gave me a few other tips around the house as well. Prompt & reasonable. Would happily call again!
I called Ron and the recommendation of a neighbor. He answered the call right away, showed up within an hour and had the whole issue resolved within a couple. He was professional, friendly and the cost was reasonable. He even corrected the wiring in the problem room so that the switches worked as they should instead of all being on one (as from previous homeowner). I will definitely call back next time we have an electrical issue.
