Absolutely Terrible and unprofessional don’t clean units before you move in, found drug paraphernalia and dead insects everywhere. Target individual tenants and if they know you can afford the fees they’ll charge you for anything. A lot of drug activities at their properties that they don’t manage. Will keep your entire deposit after you move out for any minuscule reason they can think of.

Avoid this place at all costs. The most unprofessional group of people I've had the dishonor of leasing from. When you call them don't expect a response until it's too late. If you go to the office , even if they ask you to, they probably won't answer the door. If they can steal your money, they will. Can't say I didn't warn you.

I live next door to one of their properties in Whitehall, Oh. It's been fixed after super nice people had move out bc of black mold. Now people are stopping all the time and tell me the company doesn't call them back. We have friends who wanted to rent it , and they won't call them either. I'm tired of the looky loos coming by.
