I too have been a long time patient here who is now in search of a new office. This medical office is in shambles since Medstar has taken over and there’s not a single doctor with great bedside manners. This office has gone downhill. Horrible patient care. Passive aggressive staff and providers who give the run around. Zero stars. Dr. Hammett’s bedside manner is highly unfavorable.
This office has really gone downhill. I’ve been going there for over 20 years and really loved the doctors there over the years. Sadly, the original doctors have retired, and management has been taken over by Medstar. I recently needed 2 prescription refills for routine medicine that I’ve been taking for years, that was prescribed by this office. Terrible. I had a major accident with complications. Needed a referral. Schedule a appointment 2 weeks away. Confirm appointment 2 days before. Get a call night of. The "doctor is off" must reschedule. For another week out. What a absolute joke. I've also been going to this facility 20 years. Never seen it this bad.
This place is absolutely horrendous. I stopped coming here because everytime I had something wrong, Tadikonda would send me to another doctor. She never treated me for any issues. Just sent me somewhere else. As for my mother. I’ve been trying to get her medications refilled for 2 weeks now. One medication the dosage needing updated per seeing a specialist. I’ve called multiple times as well as working at the pharmacy sending faxes with the updated dosage. Today they send 2/3 of the medications correct, and one being wrong. ... read more
