LHOA people are VERY rude! All these people care about is taking your money away! Do NOT move here! I've written complaint letters with evidence to them and they did nothing!!!! Do not move here! The home owners association are rude and selfish!!!!!
The HOA contact people are completely unprofessional. Instead of handling an incident correctly, they keep emailing me and arguing with me. They are also removing all of our recycling dumpsters because they have failed to handle the problem of incorrect recycling. We are being penalized and our HOA cost isn’t getting lowered, regardless of the service we are losing.
The HOA has shown it has no regard for the members of the community as well as the environment. Taking away services we pay for monthly instead of finding better solutions. Half the time when they do lawn maintenance they damage property. The HOA fee is not worth the “services” they provide. Very unprofessional individuals in charge as well.
