Greg listens, is patient, has a solid work ethic, and communicates quickly. My van issue was new for him and I could not reach anyone in Oregon (!) to help. Together we talked and researched, and he connected all of the information and fixed my heat and hot water. He is a talented man on a mission to solve whatever problem you have. It was worth the time, cost, and travel to benefit from Greg's abilities. Highly recommended!
Didn't come prepare for the job. I sent pictures of the water heater n the type of trailer I had. For a professional that have done this type of work before you would setthink you would knoe all that's needed to complete the job n have information first hand. But no didn't care if it fit or not didn't suggest what can be done differently or had no knowledge of the type of trailer he was working on. Greg came to see us because our brakes went out on our Class C RV when we rolled into camp. He came to our site, bled the lines and got us all fixed up for our ride home. He came after normal business hours- he was easy to talk to, explained things well and was a pleasure to work with. Being so far from home- he gave us a warm welcome and kept us safe. Thanks Greg!!
I was 90 min away from home and lost the brakes on my travel trailer. Blue Canoe camp ground recommend Laurel Highlands RV Services. I called and was immediately impressed. I was scheduled for later that day and received a call ahead when they were on their way. They got right to work on my issue and were extremely friendly and courteous. After a brief hiatus due to a severe thunderstorm, my brakes were fixed and my unit thoroughly inspected.
