These guys came out quickly and on short notice and installed panels on the roof of my 5th wheel. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and left me with good advice to follow moving forward in terms of properly maintaining my RV to avoid issues in the future. They will be my first phone call for any future needs!
Came during a downpour thunderstorm. Worked about 90 min maybe 2 hours. Bill was $250 total. Fixed our awning and we were happy! Yes it’s pricey, he had an hours drive ea way. Try to find anyone at 5:30pm on a Thursday night to even answer the phone. He was off to another call after he left here. Nice man. Polite and sincere.
Asked for a estimate on raising the axle 3 inches, ask to repair refrigerator to run on propane. $1950.00 later refrigerator still doesn't work. Our battery was dead, got brakes fixed (didn't ask to repair them, would have been nice to asked if wanted them fixed. Not saying we wouldn't but should have asked and gave a price). Axle not raised. Won't go back to them just to expensive for what was done. Do estimate cost money?? Not a happy customer. Bummed thought a family owned business would be better than camper world.
Greg listens, is patient, has a solid work ethic, and communicates quickly. My van issue was new for him and I could not reach anyone in Oregon (!) to help. Together we talked and researched, and he connected all of the information and fixed my heat and hot water. He is a talented man on a mission to solve whatever problem you have. It was worth the time, cost, and travel to benefit from Greg's abilities. Highly recommended!
Greg was wonderful to work with. After 2 other Rv repair shops failed to fix my problem Greg was able to get all of my propane appliances working.
