My property has resulted in major damage because of management's negligence to fix a major issue in the communal area. It has therefore created unsafe living conditions and management does not care. Instead, they will fine you left and right and file lawsuits against you if you try to protect your investment, family, and neighbors.
The cost of living here is ridiculously low for being right in the heart of Sandy Springs. Acquisition price buying here is super low. Especially considering houses all around these unique Frank Lloyd Wright/Robert Green homes are typically hundreds of thousands more.
