Had a great experience at Ford Laurel! We are a car transport company and were pulling a trailer. The staff was incredibly welcoming, allowing us to drop off our trailer in the lot while they quickly handled the oil and filter change. These guys are life savers ! I arrived exactly at closing time with a towed car and a family. We were stranded in every sense of the word. Don was just closing the shop and could have easily pushed us away. But he was so welcoming. Not only did he take in our car for service but also guided me on getting a hotel for the night, made calls to car rental companies for me and said he was not going anywhere till our safety was ensured.
