Had them install a level kit on my truck. It has blue cruise so other places were too nervous to mess with it. Brought it to Laurel Ford, and though they hadn't installed a level lit on a truck with blue cruise yet they gave it a shot. They got it done, and the truck looks great. Jim and the mechanic were very accommodating and very friendly. Their price was much more fair than other shops I talked to also. I highly recommend their service department.
Had a significant brake problem making the car unsafe to drive. Called ahead and spoke with Don May in service. He suggested that we stopped by and they would take a look at it. We dropped it off and he called us a short time later saying that all four brakes and other parts needed to be replaced. They managed to get the parts in and the repair done over the next two days.
