This place needs more employees. I took my car to see if I can get it serviced the guy at the front desk said it will be two weeks because they are behind. I end up have to take my service and $$ to Pine Belt Ford. They seen me the same day and I left the same day.
First there are three different service desks depending on what you want done. There is the quick service team, the body shop team, and the general repair team. I have used all three depending on what was to be done. The “quick” team really does a great job of getting you in and out with high quality work and reasonable prices. It’s always something with this place. The guys in service are really nice but unfortunately it’s out of their hands that they simply do not have nearly enough people. Not enough mechanics and not even enough folks to answer the phone or work in service in general. They have plenty of sales guys though. Isn’t that interesting. They took almost 2 weeks to do a recall that was supposed to take 2 days max. That was after making an appointment.
