Great doctor, terrible staff. 3 calls for referral 3 weeks in advance. Got referral today for tomorrow's appointment and the referral is for the wrong doctor. Now losing a day's pay plus $25 for missed appointment. I've been a patient for 3 years and have missed more outside visits for lack of referrals than appointments kept. Looking for new PCM! Just can't get required specialty help needed. BP is 210/88 and can't see my cardiologist for lack of another referral. Guess it's not important enough to get it right. Tim Knowles
