The doctor was amazing, the place was clean and the weight wasn't long . But I couldn't give five stars because the front lady staff lacked any kind of customer service or even just common kindness . Not something you hope to encounter when you're not feeling well.
Huge disconnect between the health insurance companies and the PCPs. The United Healthcare patient portal sites that the Hattiesburg Clinic of Laurel is taking new patients but when you call to make an appointment, there are no new patients accepted and I asked to put on a waiting list. The receptionist seemed to have no empathy or work-around offering at all. A healthcare crisis or collapse is coming!!
