I called to make an eye doctor appointment after they told me that my record was destroyed. So as I was on hold with all my info to make a new appointment instead of the lady telling me they did not accept my insurance they simply just hung up on me. I called back to ask him why they would hang up on me and she says oh we don't accept your insurance and I said you cannot tell me that you had to hang up on me it is already bad enough that this place charged me out of pocket for glasses and for anti fog and scratch resistance ... read more
As always great professional care and service.
They never answer the phone at all. I dunno if they're short staffed or what but AT LEAST one person should be there to answer the phone. It's always so hard to get ahold of these bastards when you wanna make an appointment or receive your glasses. 😡
Showed up 7 minutes early for my 2:30 appointment. At 2:30 I was given the chart to read and went over my meds. Right after I was told to sit in the back hallway till a room opened up. At 2:50 a lady who came in 15 minutes after me was given the exam room. At 3:10 I was still sitting in the back hallway on a stackable uncomfortable chair.
