The staff are very nice, I recommend going again.
The staff in assisting medically are okay but reception is (to quote another review) “unhelpful and unkind”… they will deny future appointments for you if you miss one! They canceled one for me & you’d think a business would understand people who live 40 minutes away have a harder time keeping appointments than someone a few blocks or minutes from the office. Especially parents! Other parents at my son's school have said they overheard employees gossiping and making fun of patients as well as sub standard care for a child...... read more
Told me I needed a root canal but then said they could pull my tooth I told them I had other teeth that were bothering me and they told me they would check them next time I’ve called several times to get an appointment sooner for those teeth but never got an appointment.
Why you trying to charge me?? You did not do any work on me. Just looked and gave me referrals and four appointments, which I cancelled all. And, penicillin that did not work. Your payment is in full. Let me know? We can call insurance together. Thank you.
