The service department is top notch, I had an issue with my CarPlay not connecting. They were able to install a firmware update that resolved my problem. I’m really happy that I brought my car to this dealer. I will continue to have my M7 serviced here.
Service adviser made the process more difficult than it had to be. Shamed me for not purchasing the car at their dealership. Unnecessary attitude from the service adviser. I personally had to contact the dealership i bought the car from to address the issue with the warranty on a brand new car i bought 3 weeks ago. Then when i call back, no answer.
