First time at this dealer for oil change for vehicle with 13,800 miles. 2016 BMW I was charged 140.00 for an oil change and had a recall issue repaired. I was advised I needed a 550.00 battery, a cabin filter for 275.00 and 591.00 to change spark plugs. These prices are astronomical. I just had 4 new tires put on the vehicle within 6 months and drove in with no service lights on. When I left I have a tire pressure sensor light on. Jay from the service department ALWAYS provides professional 1st class service. Jay is definitely the reason I stay with BMW and refer my friends and family.
It was a very quick service appointment because one of my tires went flat as I was driving to that area. The service advisor helped me very quickly and was very open about checking the tire on the opposite side of the car to see if it was worth changing did not try to sell me up anything else sometimes the advisors tend to try to upsell other services that I don't need based on the time.
