Please find a different company. Our awning was put up with a tear in it this year. When we contacted them, they asked for a picture and then never got back to us. We tried to communicate again and got a response that they are not responsible for what happens during storage and they could repair the tear for $150 or they can make us a new one. This company discriminates horrible against their employees. There’s a difference between street use vs medical. IF YOU DRUG TEST ONE DRUG TEST THEM ALL BECAUSE OVER 75% SMOKE! MEDICAL USE should be okay. YOUR EMPLOYEES SMOKE ON THIER BREAKS ON YOUR PROPERTY!?! The owner needs to figure out all the employees cause only a hand full will be clean! 😂🤦♀️👏🏻

We just had awnings installed and we couldn’t be happier. We made a color change and I was skeptical at first but with their help and knowledge we made what turned out to be the perfect choice! We couldn’t be happier we chose Laurel Awning. They were very professional, courteous and took great care with everything while doing the installation. We highly recommend them!
This company is about getting your money and not satisfying the customer. You have your sales man who will say whatever you want, you have the contractor who comes and puts it together. Then you have the supervisor who doesn’t have time to come out to check the job. They don’t offer no compensation.
If I could give no stars I would. I agree with all of the other reviews. VERY sneaky business tactics. Rude and horrible customer service. They will claim you need all of these repairs but show no proof. They make no quick effort in making the repairs or putting the awning up either. I WILL NEVER EVER refer them to anyone. They are terrible.
I have had awnings for over 20 years with the original company, Awnings by Shuster, which Laurel Awning Company took over. This year I ordered new window awnings, and still had the measurments on paper from 10 years ago. When they put them up, they are all wrong. Not a straight sleeve, but a slant sleeve and shorter than the original one. I even gave them my old awnings so they can copy from them.
