Lies and deceit. Terrible communication. After a lot of calling back and forth being promised my car was going to be looked at, they turned me away after it had been sitting in their lot for days. I would give them a 0 if I could.
Was referred to Laurel for Emissions Testing by Tim’s Automotive and I couldn’t be happier with their service here. Literally in and out in 5 mins. Highly recommend and will be back! Thank you, Laurel Automotive.
I stopped in for VIN verification for a vehicle, and Matt could not have been nicer and more accommodating in getting me in and out quickly. He went above and beyond when I didn’t have the cash (the state only accepts cash apparently). The high level of customer service is something I rarely experience in today’s world. Highly recommend this garage based on this experience.
