We brought our cars to Laurel for years with no issues. Last fall we brought our car in because it had no heat. We were charged $535, but still no heat. We were then charged $578, but still no heat. We lost faith in Laurel's ability to fix the heat, so we brought it too another shop who repaired it (~$3000). I wrote to Laurel requesting a refund for the money paid that did not fix the issue.
