I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. No one is ever in the office so nothin can be fixed or discussed. Run far away from this place. The vents are disgusting, it is roach infested, the area is full of homeless, and the rent increases. There is no redeeming qualities to this place. Avoid like the plague!

My mom was searching for an apartment, and we had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help us. He took the time to answer all our questions and made what can often be a stressful experience feel so much easier. Although we ultimately went with a different option due to budget, if we ever need an apartment in the future and Joe is still there, we would absolutely love to speak with him a again. I sent my move out form for my housing packet certified mail return receipt, which is required to be turned in by 12/1 to housing to process my new housing certification. He’s now saying he can’t sign it until January 31st. he insist housing has to call me, but other tenants haven’t had to have housing call them to get the form signed. he doesn’t give other tenants pushback just me. this is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. our manager, Joe Rendon, won’t help tenants, doesn’t return calls or emails and keeps the office door locked so all he talks to are new residents. The apartments are roach infested and there’s sewer coming up some people's drains. The exterminating service doesn’t work. Cannot get a hold of anyone in the office. It's baffling and with all this construction left out it feels very unsafe. No working lights near my apartment building as well which is dangerous. Lots of strange people who pass by as well. Beware.
