I don't recommend using anyone at Laureate Medical Group - I've had only bad experiences. The staff is mostly rude, unprofessional, and seem miserable, and they are the ones you have to deal with. I've met primarily with incompetence, rudeness, obvious frustration and anger, & minimal effort. Disinterest in putting for any effort to solve any problems, even the most basic things, so good luck with the money side. I'm not interested in seeing any doctor who works in this environment. HORRIBLE!! Dr Sampat would not check my iron levels to see if that was the cause of RLS. Just prescribed 75mg Gabapentin. Bad side effects, so changed to 50mg Pregabalin. After 1 year, brain fog got severe. I asked for another med., and suggested a dopamine agonist. (I know of the augmentation risk). Dr Sampat was away, so Dr Williams sent a prescription for 300mg Gabapentin. I was told that Dr Williams said that it was the only option. I was in pain (back of head) when I went to see Dr. Natanel Leibu and he checked my hand and knee reflex (never manipulated or touched my neck - other than for me to move it to my right and left) and suggested PT. Because of the pain I was in, I went to another doctor (referred to by Resurgens Ortho) for help. I do not feel I had the best of care/treatment from your group. Please consider reducing my bill.
Absolutely fantastic doctor and all the staff I wouldn’t trade them for anything. They are the best ever especially Dr Sampat.
