HORRIBLE!! Dr Sampat would not check my iron levels to see if that was the cause of RLS. Just prescribed 75mg Gabapentin. Bad side effects, so changed to 50mg Pregabalin. After 1 year, brain fog got severe. I asked for another med., and suggested a dopamine agonist. (I know of the augmentation risk). Dr Sampat was away, so Dr Williams sent a prescription for 300mg Gabapentin. I was told that Dr Williams said that it was the only option. I was in pain (back of head) when I went to see Dr. Natanel Leibu and he checked my hand and knee reflex (never manipulated or touched my neck - other than for me to move it to my right and left) and suggested PT. Because of the pain I was in, I went to another doctor (referred to by Resurgens Ortho) for help. I do not feel I had the best of care/treatment from your group. Please consider reducing my bill.

After many issues with this doctors office I am now forced to leave a one star review. I’ve needed prior authorization for a very important medication that I’m on a few times and each time I’ve needed a prior authorization. I’ve had to call the office multiple times which I can never get a hold of anyone when I finally do get a hold of someone to get the prior authorization in they submit it wrong.
