Would give negative stars if it would let me. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any kind of doctor’s office. My scheduled appointment was at 10:30am, I got checked in at 10:20am, I did not see Dr. Nuccio until 2:40pm!!! In the waiting room the front desk lady said she was running 2 hours behind schedule and I could reschedule if I didn’t want to wait. I’m not sure if the practice recently changed admin./operation staff but my recent wellness appointment was horrible. I waited for over an hour to be seen when I actually arrived 28 min early for my scheduled appointment so that would make my wait time an hr and 28 minutes. After waiting that long, the front desk saw that I was upset and asked if I wanted to reschedule - wait what?? I stayed and completed my yearly wellness exam. Dr. Nuccio and Dr. Relwani are the 2 doctors that I see in the East Cobb office. Since my TBI in 2021 I have developed multiple medical conditions. Both doctors are always very kind and genuinely concerned about all of my medical conditions. They both spend a generous amount of time with me and are very thorough with their exams and procedures. They both take the time to explain my treatment plans and continuing care. They have also explained the medications they have prescribed for me. I appreciate their candor and honesty.... read more

Terrible experience with the older lady working the front desk on Monday of this week. We had a severe health issue requiring help from a doctor and were unfamiliar with the scheduling process. She lacked empathy, made us feel like we were a burden to her lobby, and was borderline rude to us. At the same time the supervisor and the younger contractor working in the front desk were friendly and helpful. I’ve seen Dr. Nuccio 3 times, and twice I was waiting over an hour past my appointment time to actually see her. The team here all seem to be aware that she does this. She’s great once she’s in the room, but this is such a disrespectful way to treat your patients. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend her or this practice.
