Been going to this practice for over 20 years. Love Dr. Wender, but she’s retiring. Got a recommendation for a doctor at the East Cobb location, but she’s not taking transfer patients. Can you believe?? So I’m gonna leave Laureate. I’m over all their BS. The other reviewers are correct and don’t even tell you all the problems you would experience w Laureate - It all really began when they were bought out by Northside Hospital……
Múltiple HIPAA violations. Physicians and staff completely unresponsive to messages left via patient portal. Appointments canceled without any notice. Two messages for office manager Samantha Stinson to discuss problems ignored. Lawsuit, formal HIPAA complaint, and formal complaint to Georgia Composite Medical Board all inbound.
Dr. Nuccio, neurologist…started out good in 2023. Downhill ever since; especially this year (2025). Impossible to reach in patient portal. Appointment scheduling is very far out and then, they keep you waiting for hours beyond appointment time before Nuccio shows up (if she shows up). No idea what’s going on with her/her support staff/communication or lack thereof but it’s a nightmare for a patient. Supposed to be helping me with my chronic headaches & migraines, not causing them. Would give negative stars if it would let me. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any kind of doctor’s office. My scheduled appointment was at 10:30am, I got checked in at 10:20am, I did not see Dr. Nuccio until 2:40pm!!! In the waiting room the front desk lady said she was running 2 hours behind schedule and I could reschedule if I didn’t want to wait.
