With that song and document that came out about a young person's experience with this service, anyone would be right to look elsewhere. If I could zero stars I would Ended up on Brontë ward in 2020 the room was filthy not shown around , never met such uncaring cold un compassionate staff They all ignore you sir in office invalidate and gaslight patients The whole place needs condeming and a huge reform of services They misdiagnose falsify records , did nothing but make me worse Worst thing I ever did was ask for help Brontë ward is a zoo , still have pictures of how filthy the ward was on admission How many times have Cqc been involved with their failings bu... read more

I had a stay on the Andersen ward and the staff were brilliant with me and my son. I wouldn't have gotten through it if I hadn't been admitted when I did and they helped me through it. Thank you.

Talking therapy, there talk is false. Again had an appointment cancelled , don’t look like any one there does there job, very poor staff , pull plug on poor service.
