I used them to help me with my master lock and they were great. Very friendly professionals who look out for their customers. The master locks the supplied for me were great quality and very reasonably priced.
I contacted the company at 1:43 am and received no return call from owners or one of their employees. At 2:40 Am I contacted Ace and they were at my door within twenty minutes and only charged me fifty dollars which I found very reasonable. Terribly disappointed with Laura's Locksmith. Not the first time they have left me hanging.
A local favorite of mine in my time if need. Well, I have locked my keys in my car twice. John and Laura have been there to help me out both times. They are truely experts in their field and have been helping guys like me in Denton for a long time.
