Charges a tip on the consultation fee 6. Hair Lab is located inside a Convalescent Hospital. I suspect there is not good over site of the residents accounts, which could be why she charges excessive fees and high tips. Resident might want to check their accounts. Could be considered the constructing of a "Cash Cow"
