Did NOT use ClassPass for this. Booked my appt and had to leave because I saw Laura waxing a woman with the door open while drinking a beer playing extremely loud music. Additionally she also had a loose dog(I am afraid of dogs) that was just roaming around. She took her sips of beer and went back to waxing her client with no change of gloves or anything. I’ve been here since 11:20 for two appointments one at 11:30 and one at 11:45 there is no sign in the building. After many attempts I found out this was the office. I’ve been knocking and calling, no response. The smell is horrible. I want a refund, this is a scam.

When I arrived, the owner made me wait 30 minutes past my confirmed appointment that was prepaid and then refused service because supposedly she did not confirm the appointment Even though it was booked exactly the same way as last time. The place has a terrible smell from some animals that is unbearable so after half an hour, which she said would take five minutes I left. I am requesting to get a refund.
