Most knowledgeable tax preparation experts I’ve ever been to, so much so that I moved out of state and I’m still trying to use them!!!
In response to Laura’s comment: It is important to clarify that we were never informed about the specific forms that were submitted with our tax return. At no point were we given the opportunity to review or approve these documents prior to filing. Any suggestion that we were responsible for selecting or authorizing those forms is inaccurate and misleading. I can finally leave a true and honest review. I do NOT recommend this place. I did my taxes back in 2022 and NEVER received a refund. I was very skeptical about this place especially after getting told what my refund would’ve been it did not make sense, but I made the mistake of following through and hiring them. I tried to contact them after never getting a refund and only got sent to voicemail. I’ve been coming to Laura since 2011, and her service has always been exceptional. If any issues arise, she ensures they’re resolved with the best possible outcome. I’ve looked for other tax professionals, but no one matches her expertise and the genuine care she has for her clients.
