Laura is a very motivating and caring instructor. She offers a great selection of time slots. Spinning has helped me recover from total knee replacement surgery by strengthening my knees, releaving pain and increasing cardio stamina. Spinning is a great stress reliever and if you suffer from mental health issues or just need a boost to your endorphins, you'll get it at these classes. I encourage everyone in our area to give spinning a try...it's easy, it's fun and its very beneficial.
Laura is a great instructor. The classes are available at a variety of times to fit any schedule. Her classes are motivating and keep you going with a good selection of music.
