Fraud! Poor communication, my emails went unanswered. Broken agreements. The final dress did not match the fabric and design we approved. There were missed deadlines. The alterations were not completed by the promised date, which caused significant stress & ultimately had to find another dress altogether by another designer, 3 weeks before the wedding! Complete disaster of an experience.

I’ve waited a while to write this review to fully reflect on my experience. My first appointment with Laura was lovely — it felt personal, exciting, and full of potential. However, when I returned with my family for a second visit, the experience felt rushed and impersonal. It became clear that the initial warmth was more of a sales tactic than genuine care. Absolutely terrible experience. They delivered a dress that looked like torn scraps of fabric—completely unwearable. My friend was forced to buy a new dress just one week before her wedding. Unprofessional and a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

These people are liars and horrible to work with. They didn’t uphold any of their promises for making a wedding dress that cost so much money and won’t take any accountability for it being unwearable. They don’t deserve your business do not work with them.
