I had a good experience buying my dress besides being told I don’t need to try on any other dress for my wedding which looking back seems a bit pushy and I do feel I should’ve tried more dresses on. my experience with the accessories has been disappointing. I was told they might be delayed due to tariffs, and at one point I was told they would be in by January and that I could come by any Saturday. I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The owner was extremely rude and had a very unwelcoming attitude. Instead of being helpful, they made me feel uncomfortable just for asking basic questions. Customer service is just as important as the clothes, and unfortunately this place completely missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. There is no light in the fitting room that we used. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere except here. Go to Westchester mall they are great.

I had the best experience getting my prom dress here! The dresses are honestly gorgeous—there were so many stunning options, and everything looked high quality and unique. What really made it special, though, was the staff. Bella was so sweet and kind, she really made me feel comfortable and helped me find something that fit exactly what I wanted.
