an incredibly disappointing experience with this tailor. I brought in a pair of vintage ‘90s jeans, simply needing a 1-inch adjustment on either side of the waistband. I paid $50 and waited three days, expecting quality work, but what I got was a complete disaster. First, she didn’t even bother to iron the fabric, so the jeans were returned to me full of wrinkles. I had previously had amazing service here over the years. But, I took my wedding dress in to have it altered slightly and received back a horribly snagged dress. So many snags I couldn’t wear it and had to find another dress. Would not recommend here to anyone sadly.

Do a very professional job on alterations!! Always done in a timely manner. Family visited quite a few times. Very friendly and fairly priced.

Dropped off 4 pairs of pants to have the legs reduced from boot cut. Cuz… boot cut 🤣. Same price for each pair even though it’s the exact same work. Would liked to have maybe considered a tiny discount to multiple items. But I’m just glad I’ll have jeans I can wear without feeling like I’m wearing bell bottoms. Which are in again. 🤦‍♀️
