Best dental appointment I've had in a long time. Thank for everything
The service may appear friendly. But they do not keep you informed. We were not made aware that part of our visit was not covered by our insurance. Received no calls, no letters, and no warning. I was a minor when I went to see them, and they sent me to collections, and I found out after I had turned 18. I owed less than fifty dollars but did not know. When I called to ask them, they told me they had called, but didn't know which number they called, and could not tell me the dates on which they called.
