Ive been working with Laura for over a year now. Juggling caregiving , parent and spousal roles is alot. Laura has helped me find some balance. For something that I was initially apprehensive about I look forward to every week. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone looking for help.

I have been working with Laura for 9 months. I have done therapy in the past with other therapists. Working with Laura from therapy sessions to hypnosis sessions, I have not felt this great and excited about the future in a long time. She is patient, compassionate, and honest. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear she walks you through requiring you to come up with your solutions. I highly recommend Laura and have recommended her to family and friends. Laura is kind and compassionate - and truly empowering. She has helped me to normalize my thoughts and feelings and I always gain perspective when I speak with her. With her background as an artist and teacher, she has a certain patience, curiosity and creativity that makes her presence warm and accepting.

I’ve really loved working with Laura. She’s made me feel heard and then has provided me with tools to overcome the things that have been making me feel stuck in a particular situation or moment. I would highly recommend Laura if you are looking for a an awesome therapist/counselor.
