Time to find a new primary. She is only available 2 days a week. They send you to urgent care or the ER for everything. One of the physicians was really rude and degrading to me. More than once that they failed to answer at all on mychart. One says they can refill meds, then the next one says something different in the office not even a month apart. Tried to send me to get the refill from a primary I haven’t seen in almost 6yrs that they can see in the system.

Nope I'm moving on. What good is a Doctor that only works 2 days a week. They pass you off to Practioners I have no faith in. No there not the same as a Doctor. If i wanted someone with limited education on any subject. I'd go to Home Depot..

I love this doctor! I had a long term PCP in Chicago who I was sad to leave when moving to the burbs. I do need to drive about 30 minutes to see Dr Tagle, but I think her bedside manner and knowledge are well worth it.

Never on time always have to wait more than a half hour or more. Every appointment I’ve had I’ve waited. She maybe very nice and listens . I make an appointment for a certain for a reason.
