3/31/2026 Update: I received a phone call from Dr. Spanko the day after my appointment. She called to apologize and let me know she will ask that I be refunded for my copay. Although the experience was unpleasant I am upgrading this review to a 3 star because taking accountability and corrective action goes far in my book. We all mess up and have bad days and while that doesn't make it right, I can respect when someone tries to correct or make amends for a mistake.
