Doctor was friendly and informative so far I’m happy
I have not yet seen the doctor. The practice requires I attend a Meet & Greet with Dr. Sanchez, after the Meet & Greet appointment, I am then allowed to schedule a physical. I requested both appointments for the same time, but they require the appointments be on different days, requiring two trips to the office. So disappointed.
When we meet with a physician, we hope they will not only understand our symptoms, but gain insight into our psyche. That is a monumental ask, yet exactly what happened during my appointment with Dr. Sanchez. She is an exceptional physician and a wonderful human being. The staff is helpful, accommodating and friendly. Dr Sanchez is kind and caring.
Dr. Sanchez is not only a wonderful MD, she is a compassionate person. She treats you like a person and not just a patient. She is genuinely concerned about you. My special needs adult daughter and i have been with her for 2 years. I have recommended her to friends. Pleasant, positive experience from the minute you walk in until you leave. All communication is great, and yes they answer the phone, answer your questions and take care of your concerns. I highly recommend this practice.
