We have been using LCC for years and have been satisfied with their services until this last visit. We always leave detailed instructions regarding what to do in case of an emergency. unfortunately, an emergency situation occurred at home. No action was taken by LCC to remedy the situation. We were not even contacted. We just kept receiving messages that "all was well". Fortunately, we have wonderful neighbors who stepped in to help. Otherwise, we would have come home to a disaster. Just got off the phone with Laura's Critter Care. We have now paid them approx. $130.00 for nothing. The first $60 or so I can understand, as we canceled the service the day it was supposed to begin when our plans changed. I got a message stating this was "in the contract you signed blah blah blah." Not a very friendly message, but it was in the contract, blah blah blah. The second $70 I have more of a problem with. My wife had put down a deposit for Thanksgiving week.
