My mom has been a patient of Dr Russo for at least 3 yrs she has had on going issues having anyone at the office return her calls as I have as well trying to help my mom with medical issues it's no way to run a medical office
I'm going to agree. We have been sitting here for over 2 hours and we still have not been seen. I will not recommend anyone to go to this doctor either. The staff may seem nice but like other reviews they seem to be unknowledgeable and unconcerned about people's care.
I have been going to her for years. She is caring and supportive. She takes her time. Great doctor and good staff.
My mother loves her doctor but it doesn't matter whether you make an early morning, midday or evening appointment they never get you in in a timely manner. She may be a nice person but we're looking for good care and our time absolutely matters. 2+ hour waits isn't good care.
