Horrible my husband wanted to admit himself last year to the mental hospital they turned him away one year later he burnt sheds down and was suppose to be transported to the Va hospital instead they kept him chained up with no medicine to calm him then threw him in jail and once again dr rubel didn’t help with his situation horrible doctor and shouldn’t be the doctor she is because she don’t care about the mentally sick
