I’m 81 years old and have had many doctors. My experience after 4 appointments with Dr. Rabideau is that she is thorough, has excellent follow up , and has been very caring … taking time to listen to me . highly recommend.
This doctor is a waste of time. Every time I want to refill a prescription it is almost impossible. They mixed me up with someone else and never rectified the problem. There's too many good doctors in this area for me to put up with this.
If I could give 0 stars I would, but that's not an option, so 1 star it is. This doctor is not patient-centric in the least. I patiently waited 6 months for my New Patient appointment; a week before, my appointment was magically cancelled via automated message. When I called to inquire, the care coordinator mentioned she had to cancel because she was 'In Training' (whatever that means) and that she had nothing available until August2022 (another 6 months away). LONG REVIEW ALERT (but worth the read!) I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Laura Rabideau at a first appointment for my brother-in-law this past week. An important side note - my brother-in-law is on the Autism spectrum, has a lot of complex medical conditions, and tends to display inappropriate behaviors especially in social and medical office settings.
