Dr. Purdom has been my GP for 5 years. She is professional, knowledgeable and partners with her patients when making choices about options. She listens carefully and takes a personal interest in assuring her patients understand their issues, causes and options for treatment. She doesn’t hesitate to refer to a specialist when that is the best recourse for her patients. She also allows her patients to recommend a preferred specialist for their treatment. I wouldn’t consider seeing any other doctor than Dr. Purdom.
I have been a patient of Dr. Vick for around fifteen years. She has ALWAYS been pleasant and concerned about my health and treatment. During my years with her I have had to see specialist in different areas and what I was surprised about is that she had already diagnosed my problem and given me the same medicines that they determined. She came into the room very friendly! Asked me about the issues I came to see her about. We talked about issues and she talked extensively about treatments. I felt empowered to participate in my healthcare. Would recommend!
Dr. Vick walked into the room and started telling me about my history instead of listening to my history and concerns. She continued to cut me off while trying to explain why I made my appt. Eventually I just shut down and stopped speaking and asked her to just give me medications so I could leave. I wouldn't trust her to hold a door open, let alone my healthcare.

Dr. Collinson was very through in his examination and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my body. His staff is professional and friendly from the receptionist his nurse. I'm so glad I fortunate to find him.
I have read some of these reviews, and perhaps they are older. I find Dr. Harris, and especially his NP's, extremely thoughtful. caring and always offering different ways to address my pain issues. They never push anything on me. They are the best doctor's I have found in TN thus far. I thank God for Jennifer Jenkins, and her caring concern for me. Perhaps they have to ask us to see a therapist to ensure our pain is not born out of past miseries. I highly recommend the Harris clinic. I am an RN.
