The best!
Perhaps the rudest staff I have encountered after living in five countries and two states. I was hung up by two young women on the phone twice after they became flustered with routine questions such as when appointments are open and why previous ones were cancelled. Do not waste your time.
Never judgemental, always helpful, encouraging and thorough. An amazing human being!
