I have good and not-so-good things to say. I’ll start off by saying I really like the nurse practitioners, as well as Dr. Petrovich. They’re very warm and friendly, caring about every detail of your concerns. I always get a call back within an hour or two, when I leave a voicemail requesting a same-day appointment. I am very disappointed with the billing practices at Dr. Petrowich’s office. We were unfairly charged for services that should have been covered by insurance, but their account was inactive at the time. A former staff member assured us that it would be activated within a few days, but this was never handled. Despite bringing this issue to the office’s attention, no resolution was provided. Dr Petrovich has been my child’s doctor for more than 10 years. I find all her explanations easy to understand and very practical. She’s very attentive when we talk to her. She proved to be right in the medical situations we sought her opinions for. I trust her professional opinions very much.
